Excellent idea :) I was thinking about similar project, where the revenue would come from the new users setting steemboarding as benefactor for first posts.
Also please let me know if you run out of claimed accounts :)

The benefactor setting is one of the options we are considering, thanks for mentioning it, hopefully we´ll come up with a model that works for everyone.
