We are also waiting to see how that goes. If we cant delegate RC, we already have some big supporters who are willing to delegate a tiny share of SP (15 SP) to allow the new users roam around the platform with no restrictions (until they keep growing).
Lets hope we get some changes on RC delegation soon.
