This is my winning and often losing...strategy. But it has saved me multiple times against harder players and tends to swing things in my fair in the more even combats.
Here is the strategy: my super hard hitting legendary card goes into battle first, mutilating his opponents with 3s and annihilating with 5s. He does the damage early on in the fight and with a health of 8 and a defence of 2 meaning the opponent must hit me for 10.
My haunted spider hits 2s and has a health of 2. I have him in because currently he is my highest hitting card with the lowest man requirement.
Lastly, I send in haunted spirit. It has a health of 7 and heals +2.
It has saved me in numerous battles if the opponent is down to his last card and it only hits 1s or 2s. I win the game but if he hits 3s I can sometimes win if I can sustain the -1 health from my 2+ heals.
