Just not optimally.
I'm seeing a bunch of FUD in the discords, so I decided to make a quick post for anyone who wants to transact but is not sure how to do it.
I do not have solutions for mobile, because I use PC to transact.
If you are using Steem Keychain, you can transact, but you will need to switch back and forth with some of the nodes. I will provide some screenshots and show you how you can create posts, vote, comment, ect..
First navigate to the highlighted area.
Navigate to the highlighted area once again.
This is where you will select the node being used for transactions. The highlighted nodes are the ones which are currently working for me intermittently.
It's also been reported that steemd.minnowsupportproject node is working for eSteem surfer right now.
Best wishes everyone. I suspect the blockchain should be in full functioning order within the next day.
