College education is almost overrated. And from high school and may have confirmed several years after you have entered the battlefield workforce. You might meet many people excelled in college and the sad reality that how many of them will enjoy the success in real life. And the mere fact that there are more successful persons who never went to , barely made it through college, or work in a field unrelated to their degree.
Why is life is unfair as that? Just imagine if how can some people worked hard and struggle when they have a degree from a quality institution, while the others can be successful without a having a college degree or in study a field unrelated to their degree?
The sad reality is that, college education doesn’t guarantee success. Success is up to many other factors – factors that colleges often don’t teach.
That is what you have to ask your self:
You Don’t Need a College Degree?
In my opinion, Of course you need it. A college degree is simply a certification. In easy words, a degree is just a piece of paper certifying you completed successfully a certain level of scholastic achievement. But in reality, what happens in the class room doesn’t always translate into the real world.

Indeed, College degrees doesn't mean that you will be pay well or guarantee a job. There are also degrees that have a limited market that is why you must have to strive do hard to get that job. Simply having a college degree doesn’t guarantee a job, nor should it. Employees need to bring MARKETABLE skills to the table, as well as the providing value for their employer, ability to continue learning, growing, and a team player.
Do you need a college degree to become successful?
Let me clear this, people who choose low paying degrees aren’t successful – it is far from it. Some people choose degrees based on what makes them satisfied, and they chooses happiness over wealth.
There are hundreds of careers which don’t require a degree. They require results, and in many cases, require years of hard work and study to achieve success.
Anyway, A College Degree is Beneficial, but Not Always Required.
Honestly, Success doesn’t depend on a just a piece of paper. And it shouldn’t. Success is the product once you take to achieve your dreams and goals in life. If you completed the traditional 4 year degree. And is everything does well and you get a job training easily and studying at night to get a license or certification, well you deserve to harvest the fruit of your own labor.

Let me clear , An EDUCATION and DEGREE is completely different . An education might be informal, formal, self-directed, on the job training, professional licenses and certifications, or any other form of education.
