CHEESE ZAATAR STUFFED KHABOOS BREAD

AL MANHAL BAKERY AND SWEETS is a Lebanese bakery most of the staff are Lebanon locals, one of the reason to maintain the genuine tastes of their home country delicacy.

The bread they offer caught my attention was introduced by a friend, they called it ”cheese zaatar” this particular bread was made of simple ingredients which is no surprise from the name itself the cheese and zaatar it is stuffed inside the khaboos bread, the cheese zaatar khaboos may be the food that can light up your boring day.

Everything will come as a surprise that will embraced your tastes buds, the natural oven baked bread gives an indulging taste and aroma of khaboos bread. It has something extra ordinary happens once they put inside the oven. The handful cheese turns into melting point that leave you the scent that will stock in your memory and add up to different satisfaction, you will witness the melting cheese dripped from roasted khaboos while your biting it.

They are making different breads, cakes, and Arabic sweets.

So if you are a person who has sweet tooth you definitely want to visit Lebanese bake shop and explore the great taste of Arabian food.

I love khaboos and manakesh, but not with zatar. :(

They have lots of choices such as cheese, chili cheese and cheese with extra vegetables.

i love eating this cheese manakesh as well but i don't like the taste of their zaatar flavor, there's something in it that I don't understand the taste hehe nice to eat this while it is still hot ^_^
