Keep it balance, rest enough, to avoid chronic insomnia, Me I already have problems with sleep. I need to exhaust myself during daytime and drink some amount of alcohol so I can have at least 4 hours of sleep, without doing so, it is hard for me to fall into sleep. There was a time that I even have to take meds just to sleep for at least an hour or so.
Last time I took sleeping pills wasn't able come to work. Trying to eat so much as healthy foods and exercise if I have extra 5 mins lol
Yeah me too! trying to eat healthy foods as much as I can and walk or jog during during weekend atleast :) Let's stay healthy to keep steeming! haha
