Don't be pressured, in God's time we will have the things we want and need in terms of finances, career or relationships. We need to focus on ourselves and our selflove before we are able to shine brighter. I think this also applies when we want to achieve something others already have, we cannot compare our journey with theirs, and this applies even outside of steemit. I experience the same a few months back due to career demands but things worked out after that, I was less stressed when I got my sleep actually :D
Sleep and mood are closely connected; poor or inadequate sleep can cause irritability and stress, while healthy sleep can enhance well-being. Chronic insomnia may increase the risk of developing a mood disorder, such as anxiety or depression.
I have extreme insomnia sometimes due to anxiety or vice versa, anxiety causing my insomnia but I find sleeping at least 7 hours, even if I wake up in between, keeps me refreshed. I try to make it a point to have completed 7 hours most days. You will feel it take a toll on you especially when you are older (e.g. my age lol).
