The @steemprentice account will upvote posts of those who invest 10+ STEEM into the account. Some members may not get upvoted every day depending on available voted and STEEM POWER before having a slider bar to vote accordingly once enough STEEM POWER is accumulated. Voting will be done by bot for all current paid investing members.
The concern for me is that this does not take any account of quality. If all you have to do to get voted is provide some Steem some might consider that problematic.
Agreed. Quality is of concern too. Next is what ways to decide quality and value.

We will have to work together to not only be sure of quality. But for increasing quality.
Well as long as there is some measure of quality included before up-voting then I will support it.
