There are so many who can try their own at home, For example I have a geprek chicken recipe that I will share in this article.
So chicken geprek is a food that will be fried with spicy chicken flavor and will then be repeated or in geprek. For the presentation itself is usually accompanied by chili sauce with some level of spiciness according to taste.
Material :
6 pieces of chicken upper thigh
Crispy chicken seasoning flour
Sambal Ingredients:
10 cloves of shallot, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tomato, seeded, diced
9 pieces of red pepper, sliced
2 lemongrass, thinly sliced white portion
3 pieces of orange leaf, finely sliced, discard the bone
1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
1 tbsp lemon juice, the level of acidity according to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
a little sugar
4 tablespoons hot cooking oil
How to make :
- Baluri chicken with lime, let stand 5-10 minutes, wash clean.
- Fried chicken with flour (follow the instructions behind the packaging), set aside.
- Mix all ingredients of sambal (except hot oil) in an anti-heat container, slightly pressed / kneaded for all the flavors to come out and mixed evenly.
- Heat oil, fry terasi while crushed. Pour hot oil into chili sauce, mix well.
- Crispy chicken with sambal matah, serve.
NOTE: if not want to buy aja ribet fried chicken that already so, so stay geprek ayamnya.
