We know that students must arrive minutes before school entry, I believe that this is a habit of both parents and students, teaching them the punctual value. Both parents and students know that the teacher establishes standards within the classroom, and must comply fully, take cell phones to class is not allowed as this is an object of distraction for them, I think that no teacher allows that during class. The students must respect the teachers and all the administrative personnel that elaborate in said establishment.

Teachers during the school year should keep representatives aware of their children's behavior, we know that there are children who behave badly and are in fact good students, but this influences their school grades, since at the end of the year the child is decorated for his bad behavior. In fact, this makes the child aggressive. Is this when the teacher has to help the student to have a better behavior. It is a team effort to be able to help quickly these students who present this type of behavior.

A student can have different types of problems, perhaps they can be problems that they bring from home and they show it or reflect it in class. And we teachers persuade or study each child, during bad behavior the child may be presenting sadness or happiness are many factors that influence.

How to help students

We must dialogue with the child in a positive way, to investigate or find the root of the problem, when the child is going through this process, he should not be punished with this we would get him to become more aggressive. The idea is to look for solutions and for the child to improve his behavior or behavior during his class. The teacher should look for the strategy that their classroom is a pleasant environment where they feel comfortable and in confidence.

The teacher must know how to handle the behavior in the students, they must implement disciplinary mechanisms and that they know how to behave in any situation that is presented to them, they must know how to handle with full responsibility. We know that it is not an easy task, but if they set out to achieve it, it is a matter of effort.

Establish rules of conduct in the classroom

  • Do not run in the classroom Speak with an appropriate tone of voice To greet with education Ask for permission before speaking
  • Respect classmates
  • Arrive early to class
  • Deliver all the activities assigned by the teacher

First you must know the type of disorder or bad behavior that the child presents, in order to help him and thus improve this problem. The student must be motivated at all times, thus providing security in themselves. Many times children are not aware of their bad behavior, we must teach and talk to them when they misbehave and explain why it is wrong. Seeking a way for them to reflect and not do it anymore. This is achieved in a way that works together, representative-teacher

What would be the consequence of the student's bad behavior, will this kind of problem come from home? Parents should become aware and generate rapid change in their children, as this could lead to future juvenile delinquency, and other types of vices.

Unfortunately we are living in a world where all kinds of values have been lost, where the social fabric breaks down constantly, where mama and papa do not give importance, nor do they know how to educate their children. We must raise awareness both parents family and teacher how to educate children and guide them, it is definitely a team effort and requires dedication and time, and in a not too distant future we will see the fruit in each of these students.
