According to CryptoCompare, the lower-ranked exchange houses gained 6% in the percentage of the overall volume of cryptomoney exchanges compared to the better-ranked platforms.
In its latest report for the last quarter of 2019, CryptoCompare ranks this type of exchange at 73 percent of the global exchange volume. The platforms are rated between C and E (the lowest on its list). The report notes that for the previous quarter these exchange sites, which include platforms such as LocalBitcoins or Buda, moved 67% of the global volume.
