Favorite novel ..... Lord of the Flies.
I only read a few novels but its one that I sticks out to me in memory. I also like the movie.
I have never read this novel before.
I really enjoy reading in general and can go with almost anything if it's well written but the books that i keep coming back to are the Harry Potter novels. I know that they are kids fantasy but they were so much a part of my childhood that i can always go back and read one of them hen the mood strike.
In time i can see them becoming classic literature and getting studied in schools like we have done with all the great books. They might not be the best written books ever but they are a phenomenon and have so much depth that there is a lot to love.
I like myanmar novel "Ayeik" written by sandar. This is about the family crisis. This is a drama novel.
Sounds like an interesting read. Will try and check it out. Which language is it published in?
