People should trust others, so the communication of intentions should be open and honest. Being able to "speak one's truth" is a vital part of communication within a relationship. It means being honest about our differences as much as our similarities.
I think that tolerance is the key in this, tolerating us and our close ones. We must recognize the good and the bad that there is in us and tolerate those of the neighbor.
