That's a well argumented post, I'm a newbie so many of the things you've mentioned in the article are a bit too complex for me, the artists issue it's interesting some of them don't know much about Steemit or don't publish their work well, and because of this, they have ridiculous payments.
In my case, I try to publish them and I don't get much for it, but it's still annoying for a minnow to try posting something interesting and be rewarded so poorly. Don't get me wrong I'm not here for money, I do because I like the enviroment, but still there is here a refrain "ass I see , ass I want". XD
Thanks! And I do somewhat get you :) Steem is still more better than other platforms like FB, Youtube and even a personal blog.
Problem right now is how some people are more rewarded more compared to others who deserve more :)
