Hello friends of the steemit community, today I would like to talk to you about those places where my father was happy or where the memories of the people I love were installed.
This beautiful place is the state of Monagas - Republic of Venezuela where my father was born, he evoked it with infinite love, for being the land where he was born, and perhaps where he lived the most beautiful moments, which filled his life with happiness despite his great loneliness for not having counted on his parents to accompany him in that sweet and bitter childhood through which he passed.
The state of Monagas is part of the so-called Eastern Plains, which include the state of Anzoátegui and the cities of Maturín, Caripito and Punta de Mata at the eastern end of the state.
One of these places is the beautiful "Cascada o Salto la Paila". It is a waterfall approximately 30 meters high, located in a narrow canyon with walls up to 70 meters high, where Dad said he learned to count because he had to climb a large number of steep stairs and while climbing one he was counting.
Another place I want to talk to you about is Caripe, called the garden of eastern Venezuela, because of the variety of roses, orchids, birds of paradise and wild flowers that can be seen in the mountains and on the shores of roads and cabins, where Dad used to make a bed of flowers, to evoke the smell of his mother, because even though they don't believe it, mothers always have the sweet smell of flowers.
I also want to tell you about El Guacharo National Park, the first natural monument decreed in the country, the largest natural cave in Venezuela and one of the most important in the world. In this place, Dad used to bathe in its rivers, fish and sail, delighting himself with the beautiful greenery of its landscapes.
The Doors of Miraflores this place has a special beauty, it is a great canyon constituted by two great and unique rocky formations, with an approximate height of 200mts. of height each one, that allow between them the circulation of the cold and crystalline waters of the river Guarapiche that fall in cascade, where the potato is located so that the waters of the cascade fall on him, being a great distraction only to feel the force of the cascade in his back.
Finally the site called Poza Azul, which is a totally rocky formation, with a small fall of crystalline water forming a charming blue swimming pool of approximately 15º of temperature, of very crystalline waters where the bottom of the swimming pool can be seen.
As you can see these are some dream places where any child, like my father, I remember that they remained in his mind and in his heart, until the book of his life was closed.
