SteemQuest : Kermit learns the truth (part 2)

Welcome! to SteemQuest a RPG based board game

[New Players]
SteemQuest is an ongoing and growing RPG world here on Steem. New players are always welcome. Players can come and go as they desire, just let us know when you are leaving (say you are taking an IRL 2 week vacation) we will make sure your character is somewhere safe until you return (or Thunk may just cover you with leaves on the side of the road)

Our Story:

E.T, Omar, Zur & Happy have engaged the knights in combat. E.T & Happy manage to take one out.
Happy is attacked by a knight and is currently at 1 3/4 ❤️
The rest of the knights and the mage still need to attack.

Meanwhile two Little Rock creatures spring up from the ground while the larger ones lumber forward.

TristenQ has given Quaid the frog key and he starts to recite the incantation on it. The portal starts to glow and grow bigger.

Panda pleads with Kermit to help. Kermit understands this threat to his people and charges towards the portal pointing over and over.

We are in Questing Rules

[NEW RULE]
Reduce to Zero ❤️ — if a player is reduced to zero hearts they can not communicate or take any actions. The party has a number of turns equal to their FULL hearts to heal them or they are lost.

One knight attacked at the end of the last post, the rest and the mage will attack now.

Yes! But you need to get through the knights to do it. We have 5 1/2 turns to revive her.

So we have to be adjacent? I can't roll a vial through the legs and chaos of battle only to have it kicked, bounced, nearly smashed, but ultimately just getting to HappyMe in a nick of time... before the commercial break?

Either way, does it take an action, because I can bounce through these knights no problems.

@aussieninja is the dicebots double posting making it run out of resource credits faster?

Absolutely.

I'm really struggling to find the exact right parameters for my online server. They've added a new datacenter which means there's two instances of the dicebots, hence the sometimes double posting... but when I just put them on one datacenter, they stop for some reason.

Quaid uses 3 actions to run 5 squares towards the portal (2 squares south of the red mage). Yells at the knight archers through the portal, "Thank the gods you're here, your fellow knights are being attacked. But be careful of your targets, the niece of Lord Darkcloak is in that mess! Also, rock monsters! (point north) Please let us through!"

I'll check the area around the portal for words carved in stone. I am guessing that there are the same words as those on the keys, but in a different order, like on that piece of parchment. Not sure if I need to roll a search for that... @rollthedice

OOC: Are those words readable? I remember we couldn't read them at some point and also do we know what will happen if we read them?

Thunk sees the writing on the wall (pun intended) and attempts to read the writing... yes... “OUT LOUD”
