I agree with @joeysison...@surpassinggogle has inspired us to continue our journey in steemit. He always give rewards to are newbies...it is one way to motivate them

Yeah at the beginning we are motivated by @surpassinggoogle by giving us rewards but later on we will continue even without rewards because later on we will become contributor.
