This is sort of covered in leaving instructions on how/where to access your accounts, but I would add:

  • Teach them hands-on basics of transferring crypto and using exchanges, plus good security practices.

I guarantee if I left my family written instructions on how to do everything, they'd be too afraid of the technical difficulty to even try (granted it's not really difficult, but to the uninitiated it can appear overwhelming). Of course my portfolio is probably not worth their effort, lol.

Yeah maybe include in your instructions a person to contact who could help them move it or cash out.

You portfolio might not be worth a whole lot now......but in a year or 2 or 10...........who knows?
