I don't remember where I read it but 0.9999 is considered Medical Grade and 0.999+ may be adequate since other micro amounts of other metal(contaminants) can have potentially toxic effects whereas silver can be tolerated as high up as to 0.5 ppB. And has it's own basket of issues in toxicity.
