No absolutely not, lol. I think the way they have it set up is you need a certain amount of qualifying stakeweighted votes. If you receive the most during the day you start to receive sbd you requested during the hour. So probably going to require a great amount of stakeweighted votes to get funding. Although i still think this is a great step in the right direction and better than no community funding project at all.

yeah i just found out proposals need 7.5 Million SP Vote value :D lol
So maybe if you ask @fyrstikken @thejohalfiles @neoxian @themarkymark and a few others you will still be short like 5 million SP :D
Just ask @inertia what his secret was. lol he got 18.3 Million SP for his "Documentation for steem developers" proposal lol I hope my proposal is also simple enough to pass and I hope people dont think 700 SBD isnt too much for high quality animations.... i mean 700SBD Which isnt even $700 USD) is not THAT much when it comes to how much COINBASE probably spent making THEIR videos
I could have a competition on steem to see which graphic designs have teh best portfolios for animation and which can replicate the coinbase earn style of animations best (Which is simply using an existing popular after effects cloud thought bubble template anyway now that i think about it)
