I personnaly think that encryption is more important than decentralization as long as it's end to end encrypted and that no one but the users can decrypt content.
Also there are some information like owner's name that are not necessary imo, a pseudo would do just fine. I'm not sure exactly which trade off I would chose, I wish there was more discussion though cuz its kind of a big deal.
