It consists in dividing the food we eat into smaller and simpler substances, so that the cells of the body can assimilate them.

It also includes the elimination of the waste that is generalized in the digestive process, the mouth, the pharynx, the esophagus, the small and large intestine, the liver and the pancreas are the organs that are part of the digestive system of the human being.

Elementary hygiene rule:

  • Wash vegetables and fruits with plenty of water.
  • Keep silverware, dishes, pots clean.
  • Take care of your teeth by brushing them after every meal and go periodically to the dentist.

To avoid poisoning:

  • Let the water be drinkable, do not drink water from any source or river.
  • Do not eat any fruit that we see in the field, they can be poisonous.
  • Keep small children away from hazardous substances (liquid detergents that can have very bright colors and attract many of them).
  • Put medications in high places because they look like candy.

Food preservation:


  • Always look at the expiration date of the products.
  • Do not buy in establishments that show little cleaning.
  • Do not refreeze food once thawed.
  • All this is to prevent and take care of our digestive system, which through a good diet, a varied and balanced, we can eat all kinds of food without abusing any of them, especially cereals and sugars.


A diet is healthy when it is abundant in vegetables and fruits because from it we obtain the vitamins.
