This is a kind of disease which is i heard about long ago.I knew that smoking is one of the main reason for this disease.But now i can see there is some other reason of this disease.I feel a nit strange that this cough factor,some times i do that.But you have shown some way to fight with it in our country we use a lots of spice in our food so that can be helpful for us.Thank's for the post.@resteemed
