Steemian of the Day - Review and Preview
Our daily initiative Steemian of the Day got some great feedback during the last weeks. There will be some exciting changes coming in the near future which we will outline as soon as possible. For now the Trail is helping posts written mainly in German language, about Germany or about Beer (! 🍻) ) by giving them Votes. This usually results in a higher payouts of the voted post, usually at least $3-4 more, the higher the potential payout is already when the vote is casted the more will be likely added on top. Currently we curate at least 20-40 posts and comments per day.
The curator of any Trail usually gets rewarded for the hours they spend curating by a certain part of the liquid SBD earnings while the SP stays in the account. However it is time to even MORE appreciate the input and help of you Steemians.
Earn SBD from your introduction
In a nutshell we will give back Steem Dollars to Steemians that got introduced via this trail moving forward (probably starting next week latest). Means part of the rewards @uwelang (as curator - dodgy to write this about yourself...) receives for handling this Trail will be transferred after payout to the great Steemians that get featured as Steemian of the Day. This will be communicated in the most transparent way - so all of you will see the payout amounts.
Please note that this is no official initiative by the Trail Owners. Some might call me stupid to give away the SBD but this is to support a great community. If someone is not in agreement with this feel free to comment.

Great idea' just wish i was a bit more steem savey with streemian - someone helped me join to use the fan base but other than that i have no idea how to use it properly yet
It is not easy in the beginning I know - patience and step by step learning is what i did too - no rush :-)
Deine Arbeit für und mit dem @german-trail ist eine der besten Initiativen, um steemit weiter voranzubringen. Gerade für neue Autoren ist ein sichtbarer Erfolg zu Beginn ihrer Arbeit eine wichtige Motivation. Wir alten Hasen wissen, wie schwer es ist, sich auch mit gutem Content sichtbarer zu machen. Als ich anfing, gab es noch keine derartige Förderung. Aber @knozaki2015, @twinner und @fabio waren glücklicherweise da, um mir zu helfen. Das möchte ich an dieser Stelle nicht unerwähnt lassen.

That's the way steemit should be! Providing support for newbees. You deserve my respect for your great work you are doing with this trail. I don't know who you are, but I think you have a lot of experiences with steemit since many month.

Kind of yes! It started with Learning - then earnings joined - even more earnings came - now we are at stage fighting, discussing and justifying - but we will overcome that I am sure - the way to become one of these big fishes is stony and long and we might never get there. But we have fun (at least mostly), that is the main thing and if we can support the community might be a win-win - might be not, we will see.

Thanks a lot - the community helps each other indeed - it is just a matter to find the areas of people sharing common things as it is hard for everyone to help everyone - therefore the community is too big already! But we are great!

Ich finde neben Bieren wären auch deutsche Autos es Wert Unterstützungen zu erhalten ;). Ich habe heute mal mit einem klassischen deutschen Export-Schlager angefangen: VW Karmann
Sehr gut - das passt gut rein - Bier ist nur ein Teil der überregional (aus diversen anderen Gründen) auch vom Trail gefördert wird - deutsche autos natürlich immer!

Wir hatten darüber ja schon gesprochen und ich finde es gut und auch richtig es in diese Richtung vorran zu treiben!
Wie gesagt - da gibt es durchaus Meinungen, die in die andere Richtung gehen, aber du kennst meine Meinung, die ich durch den Post kund getan habe - die Introductions werden wir nächste Woche wieder aufnehmen - wahrscheinlich nach der HF19 Umstellung - also Dienstag / Mittwoch.

Yes - like on posts you get rewarded for votes depending on the power of the voter
