Because as a newbie we are given advice that I later did not find beneficial at all...and I wasted time...in this post he offers genuine advice to just be yourself...don't go chasing people and beating yourself up over what you should write but to have confidence in writing what you know..and not be afraid...it made an impact on me and others...so I nominate HIM :) :)
