- PAYMENT
STEEMVOTER uses the customer's vote as payment for "FREE SERVICE" by 1 (one) vote per day or a maximum of 7 (seven) votes per week. By subscribing to our services, the customer nominates STEEMVOTER as an authorized, limited proxy and delivers the vote to STEEMVOTER for use in accordance with the terms of payment.
STEEMVOTER may use sound payment in any manner, form or form; typically, but not limited to use of upvote @ steemvoter or associated company accounts. STEEMVOTER performs as best as possible, in order to use the voice of customer payments responsibly, in a manner acceptable to STEEMVOTER customers.
STEEMVOTER reserves the right to use up to 2 (two) votes in one day if the previous vote is not used or if short-term voting will not be used for any reason. Un-voting any of these payment posts will be deemed to violate the terms of service and may result in account closure or suspension of service without warning or refund for other paid services in the account.
Furthermore, "FREE SERVICES" is based on the Power of Steem that accounts contribute to the payment sound. Each prepaid PREMIER SERVICE will be paid. Refunds may be issued for unused paid months.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN ANYTHING, AND IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN THE JUSTICE OR LOAN EQUITY, WILL STEEMVOTER (INCLUDING EXECUTIVE, DIRECTOR, GUIDELINES, KNOWLEDGE, MANAGER, EMPLOYEE, EMPLOYEE, CONSULTANT, CONTRACTOR, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, CO-SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, LICENSORS, OR SUCH AS) OR ANYONE WHO IS INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR PROVIDING A STEEMVOTER SERVICE, BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PERSONAL KEYS OR DAMAGES ANY DAMAGES OR PERSONAL, DECREASED SALES, EXPENSE COST, COST OF PRODUCTS IN LIEU OF AND / OR SERVICES STEEMVOTER, OR LOSS OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT ANY - EVEN IF STEEMVOTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES - ( I ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY STEEMVOTER, OR (II) RELATED SERVICES AN MIGRATION STEEMVOTER OR MOVEMENT PRIVATE KEY THAT HELP CUSTOMERS AND / OR STEEMVOTER LIABILITIES TOTAL CUMULATIF STEEMVOTER, IF ANY, TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCLUDING OF KELALGAAN APA, FAMILY OR ERROR WITH REPRESENTATIVE STEEMVOTER OR STEEMVOTER, OR UNDER THEORY OR OTHER EQUITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO, AND WILL NOT EXCEED, PREMIER COSTS (IF PAID FOR) FOR STEEMVOTER SERVICES.
