Sahabah Quran beloved of Allah, every day we as muslims of course have been very familiar with activity / activity of ablution. At least every time we will perform prayers and every time will read the holy book of Qur'an (Qur'an), then we will surely perform ablution first to wash before performing worship in accordance with the guidance / sunna of the Prophet and the command of Allah SWT in the Qur'an.

"O ye who believe, if ye will do the prayer, then wash your face and your tagan to the elbow, and bend your head and (wash) your feet up to the two ankles." (Surat al-Maidah: 6)

The words of the Prophet (s) narrated by Bukhari and Muslim and At-Tirmidhi:

Narrated from Ibn'Abbas radhiyallahu 'anhu, he said: The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "Indeed I am commanded to perform ablution when going to pray."
(Narrated by At-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i with degrees of shahih)

The hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "It is not acceptable to pray one of you if he is deformed, until he performs ablution." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
Ablution becomes a sacred ritual, before we step on the prayer rug to perform prayers or other holy worship. But did you know that doing wudu first is one of the habits of the Prophet. It means that wudoo can be done anytime not only at the time of prayer. Ablution can we do before bed, when we want to travel, when we are angry and so forth. Why does the Messenger of Allah prove so?

Let us consider the following words of the Prophet SAW,

"Indeed, my ummah will be called upon on the Day of Judgment in glowing circumstances because of his former wudhu'nya, (Abu Hurayrah adds) then who is able to exceed the length of the light on his body, then do it."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
It turns out what the Prophet declared and commanded by Allah SWT really has enormous benefits for us. Based on the latest medical research results, many secrets and benefits of ablution and wudoo activities for health and also for facial beauty that we may rarely realize and know.

Wudu means to cleanse ourselves. Both from dirt, germs, and bacteria that affect your body. Doing wudlu that starts from the intention, then washing hands, rinsing, putting water into the nose and washing the head very clearly means cleaning the upper limbs. Then proceed to clean the hands to the elbow, then to the two earlobes, and clean the feet. The procedures mentioned are very good to help you maintain and care for your health.

Doing istinsyaq (putting water into the nose) and isytinsar (removing water from the nose after istinyaq) turned out to be beneficial for the health of our nose as well as prevent the emergence of various diseases associated with ear, nose and throat (ENT). Even one real-life affair of a billionaire Arabs of Yemeni descent, who suffered from symptoms of stroke, and endless dizziness, was completely cured by undergoing istinsyaq and isytinsar therapy while performing ablution.

"WATER HEAVEN TO EAT WITHOUT BERWUDHU 'UNTIL FEELING IN UBUN-UBUN".
That is the demand of the sunnah of the Prophet during the ablution in the hadith chapter of the holy. ALLAH IS THE GREATEST !!!

Hand washing well up to the wrist and up to three times the elbow also keeps us from germs evil bacteria. Because most germicidal devices enter the body through the hands. Skin hygiene and humidity can also be maintained when you often perform ablution. Keeping the ear clean. Because the part that is rarely reached by humans when cleaning the body is the earlobe. And the last one we always keep the foot health, both from the soles of the feet, toes, and the ankles.

That's how the wudu is healthy. Here let us see more and more details the benefits of ablution water for health and beauty of the face.
