This is an open-source service that allows you to set up to 5 different alarms.
Their website is super easy and nice to use. I was searching today for some good app to use while I am on my Mac, and this one was a great find.

5 Alerts are free, they have an optional payment for those who want more options, but I personally won't need it right now.
SMS and E-mail, both are free, and you do not need an account
Creating an account is optional, but it will allow you to have a better control of your alarms.
If that wasn't enough, they even have a Matrix Theme to make things look even prettier.
