Of course I think so. Although, I'm not quite sure about the waking up by 5pm (I think you meant 5am). The most important thing is having enough rest. Because there are people that work at night and sleep at day, therefore, if they are able to sleep well at day, then they would probably be ok. Thanks for your contribution!
