At the moment 4G is using up to 3Ghz.
5G is going to start with 2-5 GHz and then wants to use up to 100Ghz.
There are weapons existing which are at 100 GHz. These will cook your skin if pointed at you at 60°C
Just google 5g frequencies and then 100ghz weapons
