I totally hear you. We live in a smaller city where people like to think of themselves as so "green" that the Prius has practically been names the official "bird" of the city. But there's nothing worse than getting behind "granola grandma in a Prius" because she has-- by gum-- determined that "ultra economy" occurs at 31mph... and that is the ONLY speed that car goes. In a 60 zone, and in a 20 zone.
It's ironic, because at the heart of it all is someone wanting to be "conscious" and mindful... and yet, they express an almost complete lack of consciousness with their driving habits!
Yes indeed... When I saw Steemit "go green" I was hoping it had nothing to do with that... new it wasn't St. Patrick's Day just yet... and so I'm still wondering about the switch!
The bozos who drive like this are only conscious and mindful of themselves and their personal outlook!
