This was absolute peak color, it's so bright it seems like it's lit from within! The maples are the only tree that really gets this bright. Thank you! I can't wait until I have room for a stationary bike, it's not the same but at least it would be something during the winter months.
You are so right! I feel infinitely better when I'm in a healthy routine. It's a construct that takes as much practice as meditation to build. After a while you begin to crave the healthier choices instead of the bad ones.
