Thank you! Yes, I felt bad that he couldn't experience it too. It was such an important milestone for the company and it was fun to celebrate it with them. My flight home was only delayed by 30min, thankfully. I was prepared to rent a car and drive home if I had to but that would have taken a solid two days of driving.
