RE: Comfort Is Our Greatest Adversary

in #story4 months ago

That was fun for me too. I was using Midjourney a few years ago to create still photos for poems, using the poems as the prompt. It was capable then but I can only imagine how much more advanced it is now. I'm having no luck finding an AI video generating software for anything more than a few seconds in length. I've contemplated creating something like a screensaver where the 5-6 second video clip loops like a fractal. That might be the direction I'll have to go. It's good you're putting thought into the next phase. I really hope I can monetize the channel after I start uploading these videos. It would give me a lot more peace of mind to have another revenue stream.

It's too bad you couldn't do it as kind of a serialized thing. Just take a verse at a time of the poem or something like that and do the video. Then maybe edit them together into the full thing. Probably more work than you want to do and less cohesive from a top level view of the project, but it's always an option.

Yes, that's an option. I'm finding the audio file for most of these will be over a minute in length and each stanza would just produce a 5-6 second video. Since most of my poems only have 4-5 stanzas I'd have to use other prompts to create enough video clips to stitch them all together in editing.

Oh, yeah, okay, I see what you are saying. I wasn't think of it that way.
