Thank you! I feel that way too, with certain things. I was thrilled by the customer service experience with Leatherman. In this day and age great customer service is a real rarity. There are only a handful of companies left that back their products for life. Off the top of my head I can only think of three—Leatherman, Darn Tough (socks), and Satchel & Page (leather goods).
