I've given up on most coins as well. I will probably be here until I decide to finally stop writing or Hive comes to an end. I'm hoping a version of the bill passes that isn't horrific for the individual investor but until the big banks are on board there probably isn't much of a chance of it passing. Dimon is pretty adamant about not wanting stables to earn any kind of interest.

Banking industry estimates of potential deposit outflows range from hundreds of billions up to ~$6.6 trillion (a high-end/stress-case figure for exposed deposits), with associated reductions in lending capacity often cited in the hundreds of billions to low trillions; independent modeling (including from the White House CEA) finds much smaller effects.
This is why investment firms are onboard (for the most part) but banks aren't.
