The first weekend! That's great. I had a feeling our condo would sell fast because it was one of the only "newer" buildings in a historic Victorian neighborhood so that made it unique/desirable. Neighborhoods and school districts can change so quickly! The next property I buy will be in the country, I think. I'd like five or so acres with a smaller house. I've been looking at these from Boxabl and they seem like a decent choice.
