As per me whatever be the path make it right for yourself. Now the thing lies how to make a path work perfectly for yourself?
I would suggest first of all make a start. Take the very first difficult step and then try to enjoy each and every bit on that path. If you start enjoying the path it will give you satisfaction at the end even though the result may or may not be in your favour. Now if the result is in your favour you for sure will feel great and of course will be enlightened. But if the result is not in your favour how will you be satisfied? The answer to this is that you will learn from the failure and learning is the best way of getting enlightened...
