I doubt this woman could be of totally sound mind, leaving your toddler in the care of the family pet in most countries would constitute child neglect/abandonment and rightfully so. But I get the parable

Yes... Your are right about the child neglect, but sometimes i leave the dogs out the chains to secure the compound against any one coming in when my little niece is all alone but inside the house... Thanks for yout thought...
