One faithful day, I, nma and Annie (their pet names), we all went to the cafeteria to eat lunch. While we were slowly and stylishly munching our meals and licking lips in the usual girl’s manner, two cute boys walked up to our table. One was fair in complexion, the other chocolate skinned. Being with Stanley was a lot of fun, as we chatted and talked over the phone. Soon our friendship started getting intimate as we discuss and talked about sex and relationship. He grew up in London before his mum insists he comes to Nigeria to school and also experience the culture of his father’s land.
Gradually I fell in love with him and we started dating. I was eager to have a boyfriend, someone I can fulfil my fantasies with. He ticked every box I desired in a guy. There was no dull moment with him and I just loved his aura. Also an intelligent law student, he has tutored me on several occasions on some law courses. I was already in my 200level when we became official…lovers. I told Anita about my decision to date him. She tried to dissuade me at first but when she saw I wasn’t going to bulge, she gave me her approval and warned me to be careful, so I won’t be heartbroken. I didn’t care, I have found the love of my life…so I thought and I threw all cautions to the wind. Chidinma, on the other hand, hit it off with Andrew. They grew quite close and had a lot in common. We talked about it when we are in the room and we fantasize getting married to Andrew and Stanley and how cute our babies will be…white elephant dreams. Of course we were young and it wasn’t abnormal to dream and have fantasies. I knew before long, I would offer my virginity to him, since we were both in love, we can still get married. I just wanted him to be my first and last. If wishes were horses…
