Sorry to hear about your beagle. I had a cat I was pretty fond of that just didn't come home one day. It's never easy losing a pet. Squirrels are awesome. I remember being up in Yosemite in Curry Village, and I had some peanuts and a huge squirrel came up to me and I fed him out of my hand until he thought my finger was a peanut. Ouch that hurt lol.

Thank you! They become such a part of your family. That very same thing just happened to my wife! The blind squirrel we feed bit her finger. We worry about him because he came come across as aggressive but it's just the fact that he can't see. When he hears us he runs towards us at full speed and I can see someone else in the park who doesn't realize he's blind getting very freaked out by that.
