I didn't write before I joined, its really not so hard if you have an opinion or knowledge about something. Everyone has their niche, and everyone is attracted to the money which of course is a pipe dream for a new person.

Maybe it's better to just start out by commenting for a while? I think I did that for the first week after I joined.
I never got that advice, and posted lots. Fortunately I met @steevc after just ONE post. I was lucky.
