Sheikh Sa'adi was going to Baghdad with a group of rich merchants.He had a bundle of books and some money with him.The merchants had their goods and a lot of money. They travelled for twelve days without any trouble.on the thirteenth day robbers attacked them.The robbers took away all the goods and money from the merchants.then the leader of the robbers came to Sa'adi.He ordered him to gave him all he had.sheikh Sa'adi without any fear handed him the bundle of books and also the little money he had.Sa'adi then said,I hope that you will make good use of these books.The leader of the robbers was surprised to see that Sa'adi did not fear him at all.Then he wanted to know how those books could be properly used.In reply Sa'adi said. "Appoint a pious abd good scholar to teach these books to your children.Then your children will know and tell you waht a great sin it is to rob.There are other great sins. too.Allah will punish us for all these sins.
