Jeffrey Woods was a pretty much normal boy who moved to a new neighborhood with his family, but as time passed, he felt the need to cause harm to others, a feeling that only intensified when a boy named Randy began harassing him and his brother Liu. This caused what would result in Jeff seriously injuring the attacker.
After a brutal argument with Randy at a party, Jeff's face was burned with bleach, leaving his skin completely white and his hair turning brown to black. In the end, Jeff ends up losing his mind and assumes his face is now "beautiful." He decides to burn his eyelids so he can't stop looking at his face, and cuts his own mouth in the shape of a smile so he can't stop smiling, this is how Jeff the Killer was born.
He stalks his victims into their rooms at night and before killing them, he whispers one of his famous phrases, wich is is "Go to sleep."
