Being a zookeeper on the road is tough, you don't usually get the time to Pic up chicks unless you are at the pub telling a full on story about how you nearly lost your leg that day. So here's a pic of me and my girl. Always out on dates together, we do some serious bird watching, we share a chook for lunch and we occasionally try and pic up girls at the drive through together. Life doesn't get much better than this! Not only is she an absolute ripper of a girl but her species is also threatened due to habitat loss here in Straya. Instead of being my wing mang she helps me to teach people that her habitat is under constant threat. She loves a hollow log to keep warm in the cooler months and is occasionally seen sun baking on our busy roads in the warmer months (So keep a bloody eye out would ya)! You might be thinking why the hell is something that looks like Godzilla so important to nature! Well in Straya there is no bears or tigers as top predators, she is it, the real bloody deal! She eats other species and keeps the ecosystem in check! She even controls venomous snake populations (not so bad for all the sooks out their who are scared of snakes)! Overall she has the right to stay here, even her ancestors in the mega-fauna period dominated being a whopping 5+ meters! If you ask me they are worth protecting!
