Oh, buffering votes or vote on a good timing is certainly a feature I could add. However, it is distinct to the curation trail which hooks into the curators votes and thus already has a 'buffering' component to it.

actually, I wasn't talking about buffering votes. I'm talking about a feature to time the publishing of a post to increase the possibility to catch a whale or when people are most active on steemit.com . -> https://buffer.com/

Hm .. would need to run a database to obtain those metrics ... looking into it
