The Jacksonville Skyway was intended to be an innovative solution to traffic problems in the area. Unfortunately it never really gets out of downtown and is therefore useless to get people who live out of town to work. So now it's free to use for the few places it can take you. This is the Hemming Plaza Station as seen from the corner of Monroe and Hogan St.
