I came across this street and the sight was too bad to behold .It happened that there was a heave downpour and the whole street was over flooded with water due to poor drainage system caused by total negligence of the Authority concerned, as you can see from the photography.This could cause a health challenge for the people living within this environment. I just decided to use it as my entry for the daily photography contest run by @photocontests
