Street Photography | Bed Spacers

I found this street children one morning while on my way to work. They have been living on the street either because they do not have a family or have run away from home. I've many of them here. Most of the children are victims of poverty and the consequences of poverty which are broken families, violence or drugs.

I'm blessed because I still have a family that care for me.

Oh, good grief. This is heartbreaking, @liquidpoopcorn. I just want to scoop them up and take them home with me...

there are many of them here but the problem they dont want to. the government here do something about it, but these children will always escape :(

Honestly, @purepinoy, I can see why they would keep running away. For a start, I imagine they are very 'street-wise' and value their freedom. And being taken into 'care' by the government is far, far away from being loved by parents or family... My heart goes out to them...
